Power Fitness
The full body workout method described in this site offers a way to achieve an optimal level of fitness with the minimum amount of time and effort. It is mainly addressed to the reader who cannot afford to spend 2-3 hours a day to go to a gym and does not fall under the appeal of fancy equipment that promises miracles. The workout consists of three exercises that can be performed anywhere - anytime without equipment in as little as 15 minutes!
These bodyweight exercises originate from wrestling and martial arts sports. They offer strength, endurance and flexibility benefits. They were first taught as the "Royal Court" by Matt Furrey in his Combat Conditioning program. They are the "Hindu Squat", "Hindu Push-up" and "Back Bridge". When implemented in a short and effective routine using the method developed on this site they can help you get fit, lose weight and get you on the way to total fitness and health.
Here is what people who tried it have to say:
"Thank you for your site. I am over 50 and starting to run long distances again. I would like to be running 1/2 marathons by late Fall and maybe longer depending on my fitness level. Right now I am running every other day. I was thinking of doing the the Royal Court on my running off days. Also I have lost about 20 lbs and plan to lose another 10. So I did not want to do weights and bulk up...
...And you and your site are already famous in my life.

"Chris.... WoW ! amazing. I am 46 years old and have been bodybuilding all of my life, 5 years ago, i discovered yoga, and have been practising ever since, but have always been looking for a way to combine the two ! I think this is it ! Your exercise performance looks perfect ! really good to watch. Did it for the first time this am and am feeling really energised... I am still very stiff in the chest and shoulders from years of bench press, an am going to have to work really hard on the bridging !"
"...I have also recommended your site to many other of my weight training friends who have also commented on your perfect execution of form. I see this type of routine becoming very popular with guys who have been doing weights for years and no longer have the time to go to the gym..."
